Platform and Support Options

Webmaster Support

(Do you really want to be a webmaster?)

web·mas·ter

   (ˈwɛbˌmɑs-tər)

    noun

the person who maintains a particular website.

Spend your time or spend your money?  It's your call.

It's really easy for our clients to update their own sites, and many of our clients do that.

After all, "do it yourself" is free.

(But how much is your time worth?)

Do you REALLY want to be a webmaster?

Do It Yourself, or Hire a Pro??

We often hear about business owners pulling their hair out, because they decided to take care of their websites themselves... but the website always takes a back seat to running the business.

Just let us take care of those website tasks.

Select one of the options below that includes some of our time, and we can add your new services, replace your outdated photo, post your latest blog, send out your newsletter...

Probably for a lot less than you make in your own business, in the time you'd spend doing what we can do a lot faster.

You'll save your time, your money, and your hair.

Monthly Platform & Support Options

We offer three options for keeping your website online and up-to-date:

Economy Plan

(D-I-Y Updates)

If you expect to rarely need updates to your website, or if you love getting your hands dirty working on your own website, this is the plan for you.

The Economy Plan Includes:

  • Managed "Cloud" Hosting
  • SSL security
  • Standard domain name
  • Website editing tools*
  • Monthly traffic reports
  • and more.

$39.95/month

* - Technophobic? We have a plan for you too.

Standard Support Plan

(Includes an Hour a Month of Updates)

Best option for most websites,

with occasional non-urgent updates

The Standard Plan Includes:

  • Everything in the Economy Plan
  • Monthly Google Business Places audit
  • Weekly website traffic reports
  • Website updates, up to an hour each month.  (Save over 25% from our hourly support rate)

$149.95/month

Is an hour a month enough?

We can usually complete 3-5 typical site updates and blog posts in an hour.

(Blog posts can be scheduled for future publication.)

Premium Support Plan

(Includes Four Hours a Month of Updates)

Active blogger or frequent updates?

The Premium Plan Includes:

  • Everything in the Standard Plan
  • Monthly SEO rank and competitor tracking for up to 100 search phrases
  • Monthly online reputation monitoring
  • Embedded feeds of online reviews
  • Website updates, up to four hours each month.  (Save over 33% from our hourly support rate)

$429.95/month

Bonus: we are now providing a Termageddon license for your website with the Standard or Premium Support plans ($120/year value).

What's Termageddon?

If you you choose the "Do It Yourself" plan, we provide the tools to make changes, dozens of tutorial videos, and hundreds of "how to" help files for those who want to "D-I-Y". We recommend you have us add the Termageddon service for "Economy Plan" sites.

If you get stuck (or need additional assistance in excess of your prepaid support), we are glad to help as needed, at our current hourly rate of $200/hour (billed in 15 minute blocks).

* - Please note that our support is tracked or billed in 15 minute blocks, so to keep from paying you more than you have to, we suggest:

  • We can often complete several minor updates in a single block of time, so accumulate and send your changes and material in batches. (Blog posts can be scheduled for future publication, so you can batch those as well.)
  • Tell us exactly what you want us to do, and where, especially if you have a lot of content on your site! "Add the following wording on the page www.mysite.com/abc in place of the paragraph starting with XYZ" can be accomplished a lot faster than "We don't offer XYZ anymore so take it off our site."
  • Plan ahead. It will cost more for us to leave the cook-out in the middle of the holiday weekend to add your "holiday special" to your site.
  • We have discounted the rates for prepaid support options with the expectation that some clients will not use every last minute every month. Therefore, unused support time does not "roll over" to the following month.
